Excellent coffee

Pair this coffee with the right machine..... you have yourself a great coffee. Oily, frothy, and velvety. I lean to medium roast typically, this coffee is ideal for me.

Good traditional shot. Works with milk

Good traditional profile thiugh a nice medium roast as opposed to the usual dark, so allows more nuttiness to come through. Works better on more blendy burrs which prioritize mouthfeel over clarity. Works great with milk.

The Metropolitan roast was as described on the package. While a bit lighter than what I prefer, it is still a very delicious cup of coffee.
