We’ve tried the Metropolitan, Tradition, and The State beans. We like the smooth full-body aroma of The Dtate. Great for all espresso drinks.

Pair this coffee with the right machine..... you have yourself a great coffee. Oily, frothy, and velvety. I lean to medium roast typically, this coffee is ideal for me.

Good traditional profile thiugh a nice medium roast as opposed to the usual dark, so allows more nuttiness to come through. Works better on more blendy burrs which prioritize mouthfeel over clarity. Works great with milk.

I Love the Irish Cream as well but you were out of stock. Vanilla Velvet is my favourite and I love the smell of it brewing.
